She did not hesitate to talk with me about whatever concerns or timelines, that I needed to meet, to make it all the way through my house refinance process! I would definitely recommend American Financing for both refinancing and for an original home loan.They have exceptional agents like ****** ***** and ****** ******, that can guide you through the entire process!!

    I learned of American Financing from the **** ******** show and it was timely. First call was to ****** ****** then **** La Pointe took the lead in the process to refi. ****** ******** walked me through all the forms and answered my questions and was very responsive when I called. The document portal was simple to use and efficient. ******* was very helpful coordinating the appraiser and notary. Excellent and professional team that provided excellent service - got everything done in 19 days. Thank you to the team!

    My Team at American Financing was Excellent, they walked me through every process/step and kept me informed. Their portal was easy to navigate and easy understand, the functionality made the process quick and comprehensive. Oh the initial contact simple, the subsequent phone call with my the mortgage consultant very helpful/excellent and made the application easy, my senior loan processor very helpful/excellent. They are the BEST! I felt valued!! I recommend a friend and will be sending info to others. Hands Down Better Than any Bank I have dealt with in the past. Also I am a person of color and a veteran, they are color blind, They are for 'The People'

    ***** ****** and his team went out of their way to help us close on our dream home 10 days sooner than the closing date on our contract. They made the process seamless and even though there were a few small hiccups, communication was their top priority and were calling me as soon as anything was updated.
