I LOVE RANDY AND Aaron's Appliance and I rarely leave reviews. I have an old dishwasher and called many companies, most never showed up, no phone call, two others said I will check on parts, never heard back. I was referred by another appliance place since apparently people do not want to work on old appliances. He also questioned why I wanted something so old fixed if possible and after hearing my reasoning understood. He looked up the parts the other company said I needed while we were on the phone, told me the ones that were still available, ones that were not. I asked him to order what the other company said and he said no, let me look at it first. He actually showed up! He tested everything and said I cannot recreate the noise you said you heard, (true, did not make any grinding noise, not a peep as I was standing right next to him) nor is it leaking as the other place told you, put the dishwasher back in the kitchen and use it. He could have said you need to replace the $350 motor, pump, etc., but was honest and probably thought I was nuts going without a dishwasher this long but I just did what the other company said, don't use it until....Naturally, never heard back from those two people. Being old, this is the type of company, customer service and honesty I grew up with which is now sadly lacking in almost everything. This is how a company should be run and I will be using them for all my appliances from now on as long as it is RANDY!
