Let me start with the fact that I am a senior citizen, honorably discharged ************* Navy veteran with stage 4 COPD, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and on oxygen 24 hours a day. I called Denco to get an estimate on installing wide mouth outlets on my gutters. *********************** came over and right off the bat told me he could see the gutters in the front of the house were not level and need to be serviced. My gutter in the back needed to be replaced because the last gutter company installed it wrong, in two pieces, he said it needed to be one piece. I said I can only afford to do the wide mouth outlets. He punched numbers in his phone and showed me the screen which showed $377. for the outlets and service and repair all gutters. He punched more numbers in his phone and showed me $500 which included replacing the back gutter. I agreed to the 500. for everything, and in a few days a crew of 6 guys came over led by the owner ****. They were done and out of here in 1 hour and 15 minutes, he did not leave before collecting the $500. though. When my son got home from work I asked him to go up on the roof and take pictures of my new outlets which would solve my leaf problem. He told me they did replace the back gutter but no outlets were installed. I contacted ***** and twice he told me he would come over and look at the problem. He never showed up, two different days. I tried calling back with no answer, then the phone actually stopped ringing, I guess he blocked me. I tried calling **** the owner with no luck, I left messages for him to call me back but he never did. I sent **** an email asking for his help to resolve the issue but he never responded. So much for customer service!! Do not under any circumstances use the services of this company, one person getting ripped off is one to many.Business response

hi guys we talked it over with ***** and everything was good in our part and he said that he was going to revert everything because he was 100% happy and it was a miscommunication but nothing wrong on our part, thats why we have not touch base as we assumed he had taken care of it on his end
