            ******************* of Relentless demolition destroyed a $1300 sofa set, broke my furnace that cost $529, left piles of trash i had to haul myself. left sharp edges on flooring and refused to fix his mistakes when asked to. ******************* played loud rap music of himself rapping about selling c****** and saying racial slurs such as "n*gger".******************* showed up under the influence to work. I purchased a space heater for him after he broke the furnace and he could not even turn it on.******************* added over $3500 to base contract with things he said he would do including drywall repair and texture repair. ******************* broke the contract by having me buy materials he provided in contract for $336 on 02/07/23.******************* stole my dewalt brushless drill that cost $189. **** smoked on property without permission. **** refused to finished job on 02/18 when I disapproved of final walk through yelling no you need to pay me.

            **** cheated ** out of more than $3000 by fraudulently claiming he was installing laminate for a space he did not complete. He literally placed pieces of cardboard to "level" the uneven flooring leading to floor warping. He also falsely claimed he was "licensed" to remove and reset the toilet wax rings. He did not replace these at all leading to a subfloor pipe leak and thousands of dollars worth of ADDITIONAL damage we have carefully documented and will be taking ************** to court regarding. ************** also falsely claimed he has professional insurance which he continues to refuse to provide. He has an extensive criminal history and does not belong in someone's home. I encourage anyone foolish or desperate enough to consider hiring ************** to first run a background check and reconsider the hassle and extra cost of then hiring a second contractor to repair all his short-cuts and errors.
