I am writing to complain about the ******************* Mall Holiday Market run by Fetch Concepts in the Denver ***** area. I was a vendor for the final weekend of this market event. I was appalled at the lack of organization, and poor planning --especially given the high buy in price for a booth. The marketing sent to vendors was an all-out lie. There was no effort made to draw customers into the market. There was no advertising, and the only signage available to alert customers to the market was set up around the market. If people are already there, those signs are useless. There was no signage inside the mall nor were there any people in the mall letting customers know about the market outside. The advertised hot chocolate bar was nowhere to be found and the "bar" was two guys in a plastic tent which was only there part of the time and when it was there it was intermittently manned. Absolutely ridiculous. We were told there would be 30 vendors, there were about 10. It looked like something that was slapped together at the last minute. I was embarrassed to be a part of it. There was no communication leading up to the event. Especially since the event was clearly failing, we should have been notified and given the option to opt out. Fetch took our money and ran. I feel duped and cheated. Fetch Concepts runs the ***************************, which is one of the most sought after and well-loved ********* markets in the state. Given that reputation, I was comfortable being part of this market in its inaugural year-- assuming they would give the same planning/ attention to detail they give at the Cherry Creek market. That was not the case. This was shoddy. This clearly had no level of planning OR perhaps management is to blame. Either way this is a bait and switch situation considering what was promised and what was actually received.

Date of Transaction: Nov 24, 2023 Nov 26, 2023 Amount of money paid to business: Originally $850, $100 of which was a refundable deposit to prevent vendors from arriving late, leaving early, or not showing up. After complaints, Roost Companies, LLC (dba Fetch Concepts) agreed to a $100 refund of the $750 booth fee for a final total of $650 they are taking from me. Far below what I and many other vendors requested.Business committed to adequate signage at the event, advertising to ****** people through Instagram and an email list, a bar, inviting atmosphere, live music, heaters, and fire pits.Business did not do their due diligence in fulfilling their duties to adequately and successfully promote this market (******************* Holiday Market) or make it a welcoming and ************** for patrons. Last advertising on Instagram was September 27, nearly two months before the event. Adequate and detailed signage was not placed until the second day of the market, contributing to an enormous loss of potential mall-goers business, thousands of which were shopping inside the mall.As mentioned above, the business has agreed to a $100 refund, which I am completely dissatisfied with as I and many other vendors lost substantial money at this market.
