If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you wish to make an exchange, you may return your urn, keepsake, or memorial within 60 days. Simply call us, toll-free at 877.249.7735 to request a return authorization number and pre-paid return label*. Upon receipt of the urn, keepsake, or memorial product, we will refund the purchase price of the item(s).
To be eligible:
- Your urn or keepsake must be returned in its original, unused condition. (Items received damaged or used will not be refunded.)
- Your urn or keepsake must be returned in the original packing.
- You must call us in advance to request a return authorization number.
While we strive to provide our 60-day money back guarantee to all orders, the following exceptions do apply:
- Custom orders and items that have been personalized cannot be refunded or returned once you have approved the artwork and/or personalization.
- Special order items cannot be refunded or returned once production has started. All of our special order items are custom-made to order by our artists. Production typically begins within 1 business day.
Please note: We can only issue refunds to your original payment method. If your card has expired or has been replaced by your card issuer you can contact them for help receiving your funds once we have issued the refund.
*Regrettably, Free Shipping and Free Returns only apply to orders shipping within the contiguous United States.
