  Called ******************* to get a quote. When my vehicle didn't populate in their system, the woman said she would forward me to their partner SolidQuote. The man I was forwarded to had screaming kids in the background and in turn said my phone cut out multiple times. He asked for personal information that no other insurance company has asked for. He was rude up until the very end. When I said I will think about it after he found a quote, he said "that's the point of this call, for me to shop around for you. Why wait, I need your credit card". No talk about when I needed coverage. Incredibly pushy. Overwhelming sense of a phishing scam immediately afterwards and I regret the call. I figured they were legit since I was forwarded from a nationwide business. Do not trust this company.

  Very rude phone representative. I called in the attempt to find an insurance company that brokered vacant home insurance. ******* wanted my name (spelled). I immediately regretted having given it to him. He then wanted to know my street address. I said, "Why do you need my street address to refer me to a company?". He got very snarky and replied, "You called me, didn't you?" I said, "Yes, but why would I tell you that my house is vacant and then give you the address?" He threw the name of one company at me and the phone went dead. I do not have a good feeling about Solid Quote.

  So went online to see if I could get better insurancce quotes, a gentleman from SolidQuote called, he wanted my personal information, I asked him before I give you that, what is the name of your website to make sure your legit, he told me LCN.com I said okay wait a minute while I check this, I typed in website and nothing came up, asked him are you sure you gave me the right web address, and he hung up the phone on me, Be careful everyone about giving your important information to another over the phone. And even applying online for certain things that require or no require you to give up your personal information. There is so many scams out there. Hope this comment helps

  AS THE PREVIOUS REVIEWER, I ALSO SO WAS SHIFTED TO MANY PEOPLE AND THEN I WAS TOLD THAT BECAUSE MY SON WHO WAS THE INSURED AND HE DID NOT OWN THE VEHICLE BUT I DO AND HE IS MY DIVER THEY WOULD NOT INSURE. I ASKED WHY ALL OTHER INSURANCE AGENCIES DO, SHE HUNG UP ON ME. BE VERY AWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Direct quote contacted me to provide auto insurance quotes. The call started with a pre-screen only to be transferred to a representative to obtain additional info (however there was no additional info-all the same questions as previous rep) I was then told that I would be transferred to a local representative, but was actually connected to a THIRD person that was working in a call center. This rep couldn't answer why I kept being transferred to "quote specialists" nor could she answer the standard procedure or where the headquarters were based out of. I'm glad I went with my instinct before providing any further information.

  Direct Auto pawned my information off to this company. I only called one company asking for a quote. do not tell direct auto your information.

  I did my research on this company beforehand giving them my info and glad I did! I believe I saved myself the headache other honest ********* got from this SCAM COMPANY!

  Solid quote gets your information then adds you to dozens of call lists so that you will receive scam calls trying to sell you extended auto warranty and home insurance. Even after they get a hold of an agent to sell you their products they call back same day to send you to another

  Total scam! I submitted for an Obamacare quote online and I received a call immediately from an *********************** from a company name he gave me of Eagle One. Something didn't seem right after not being able to find this company online, their website had some other agency name that he knew nothing about, he gave me "his NPN" number which was not active, Eagle One's NPN online states it's inactive. I didn't proceed with giving him my credit card. I hung up and with 2 minutes I received a call from this number seven six zero-nine nine zero-four seven two five saying she was calling from Solid Quote regarding my interest in health insurance. Total scam! Unfortunately, I had already given my SSN and DOB to the first call from "******" from eight five five-five zero four-zero four eight five and gave the second caller (from "Solid Quote") my DOB. When she asked me for my SSN, I told her I would just contact Covered California (************ Obamacare) myself and I hung up.

  This is a fake company. It is a total scam. They ************** your information and then proceed to add you to dozens of call lists so that you will receive scam calls trying to sell you ******** supplemental insurance, reduction in electric bill, extended auto warranty, etc. etc. Remember, Solid Quote is not an actual business. They are a phishing website.
