    When I bought this product the website said 60 day money back guarantee. I have several emails going back and forth trying to tell me that my money back guarantee changed after I bought the product. **************** is telling me it changed from 60 days to 14 days after I bought the product. So I went online to their website (even today) it says 60 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE NO QUESTIONS ASKS. They are telling me it changed after my purchase. I have looked up on their website and it STILL says 60 DAYS. All the proof I have shared with them is time stamped. I cannot explain to you the anxiety that this has caused me. That is a lot of money and I am being scammed. Every time I see I have an email from them I start to feel sick to my stomach. I have so much proof and they just dont care. Oh wait they did say that not all the information has been changed so there are sites still saying 60 days. I told them that they have to honor what was said at time of purchase and sent them screen shots of my confirmation.

    I purchased a membership to ************************** probability system for $147 on 8/26/25. Included with the purchase was a published (and recorded) full money back, no risk guarantee, pending conditions of purchase are met within 14 days. I met those requirements and did not experience promised results. On 9/4/25 (within 14 day refund window) I filled out their refund form to process the full refund, as company directed. I also sent an emailed copy of required documents the next day to fully support my refund form had been properly documented due to their limitations on their website. I was instructed my refund would be processed in 7-10 days. This week I emailed repeatedly for status of my refund, without response or refund. It is now 4 full days past the latest anticipated refund date and 2 full weeks since my refund request was submitted, without any contact from the company. I want my refund.
