Contract dated 02/08/17 among Advanced Construction and ***************** owned by **************** "Smokey" **** (hereinafter Contractor) and Genesis Contractor Solutions (also referred to as GCV Servicing) (hereinafter Genesis) authorized by me as the insurance recipient.My home burned down 11/23/15. I contracted with Contractor 04/26/16 to rebuild home. By 9/23/16 inspection report shows home was only 20% complete .Subsequent to that work came to practically a halt. I became exasperated with Contractor as the work that had been done was shoddy. Contractor claimed to be having financial problems and asked for one last chance - for me to sign above-referebced contract which would protect me from shoddy workmanship, as he would only get paid if work was done well and timely. I was assured of this also by Genesis Rep. ********************************** after signing, nothing changed. No further work was done, but on 05/11/17 Contractor apparently colluded with *************, Assurant Property Advantage, to submit a false inspection report showing 60% completion - the house was still at near 20%.$45k has been released to Genesis.After the funds were released, no further work was done on my house. After 2 months I was forced to terminate Contractor.On 07/27/17 Contractor broke a lock on a window in the garage and stole all of the building materials from the home. I filed a police report. There was a witness. Contractor admitted same to Deputy ******* over the phone and was told to return my property within 3 days. He did not.I have hired attorneys in this matter, but we're delayed when the home fell into foreclosure because I am disabled and worked from home. With a significant portion of insurance funds stolen, it still is not built. Then there was another delay due to a FEMA disaster declaration, and on the heels of that, the covid disaster was declared. In June, 2022, my attorneys withdrew as counsel and returned my files.I am now reaching out to you to find Genesis.
