This is an afterschool club. I contacted the teacher letting her know we would be cancelling our subscription for the next month- giving them 30 days notice per their contract. After I didnt receive a response I contacted their customer service email letting them know we would not be attending and we were cancelling. The company refused to cancel for that month demanding that I pay for the entire month that my kids did not attend. I offered to pay a prorated amount for the month prior which my kids attended one time. They are now threatening to take this to collections if I do not pay for the entire month.

Customer owes ******************** tuition payments of $250 ($125 each for each of the two children) due on 3/20 per agreements and cancellation policies that customer agreed to.

Customer initiated cancellation on 3/15. Per agreements, tuition payments on 3/20 are due in full. Customer payments bounced on 3/20 and in several automated efforts after 3/20. All notifications of bounced payments are sent to customer so they are able to pay what is due.
    see attachment_2 and attachment_3
It is standard process to notify customer of payments due, and proceed to collection efforts around 30 day outstanding mark

Customer is retaliating with ******************** complaint and used threatening language to defame business

I am rejecting this response because:
I canceled Creat Robotics on time therefore this response is inaccurate on their part. Its not my fault that their employee failed to respond in a timely manner. My children attended back in February. We will not be paying full payments for a month that we did not attend.
    Sincerely,
