    I wanted to provide you with updated information and more information I was able to find out. 

    UPDATE: After correspondence through PayPal the business refunded me the full amount requested.

    I will be mailing a letter to the address advertised on Katanaall.com (*********************************) verifying/notifying them of their address being used by this company, as well as the name ************************* (a man of the same name who died a month before the website was started and from ******, *** who is the supposed "owner" of Katanaall.com.

    I had placed an order for a 3D mounted dragon head for my husband for Christmas from katanaall.com, and what I received was no where near the quality of what was shown on the pictures. The return policy had said If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. So I had contacted them as soon as I received my package on 12/07 and had read in the return policy that someone will get back to you within 3 business days. Its now 12/12 and I still have not heard anything back. I even reached out again this morning with no reply. I spent $46 on something that ended up being complete junk and now time is running out before Christmas, so now my husband will not be receiving this gift. I got completely screwed over and their company is not taking any responsibility and is not contacting me back. I got scammed and was sent something with the worst quality Ive ever seen.
