They caused hundreds of dollars of damage and are not willing to pay for damages. The movers dragged the furniture instead of picking things up properly. I did my part by verbally reporting the damage and emailing details within the 72 hour window. When I called to confirm they received everything they said they got the email, not to worry, and the owner would call me in a couple days. A week went by and nothing. No communication from the company for 5 weeks. Finally I get the call from a 3rd party and when I showed him all the damage, he stated it was more than Pryme led him to believe. How do even send a hundred photos in an email? Luckily, the 3rd party was very nice and did most of the work but still not all. Afterwards, talked to *** and he said the claim is now closed. But when I asked to talk to the insurance people he REFUSED. But later in the conversation he said theyre still working on it. Every time I talk to this guy his story changes or needs some other piece of information. He said someone would be out to fix damage to my house and then thats not happening. The movers shattered a lamp that wasnt being moved and the mover said theyd cover it. But *** said theyll only give $9 (60 cents per pound). That was damage to my property, not the move so it should have been fully covered as explained. Now the latest is theyre not covering the damage to my ******************* table because the pictures were not sent until a month ago (when he asked for pictures of all damage). *** stated since it wasnt reported within 72 hours its not being covered. I reported everything within 72 hours but now hes saying since they didnt have the pictures within 72 hours its not being covered. Well, if that was the case, then why didnt he say something the first week instead of letting this drag on for over 2 months. I dont even know if a claim was submitted to insurance or not. Im just getting a runaround.
