    My 2018 ***** CX-5 rims on all four tires were damaged using the Shell Gas Station Car Wash on 10/22/23 located at ************************************************************************I took photos as soon as I got home that evening and contacted the gas station. I was told to come in on Monday and speak to the manager on 10/23/23.I spoke to the manager and filled out an incident report and the manager took a picture of my damaged rims. I was told ************* would do an investigation and I would get an update by 10 business days.I also called Shell Customer Support and received an incident report: #*******. I was again told ************* would come out to the Shell Gas Station to do an investigation and get a follow-up in 10 business days.I have never gotten a single follow-up on this incident and have spent months speaking to Shell Customer Support and now have a total of 4 incident reports on file, #*******, #*******, #*******, and #*******. I've only been passed around by multiple support agents to get no updates or resolution. I was told by Shell Customer Support my last incident report (#*******) was elevated to ************* and I have never heard from anyone from ******, which included me emailing them on 6/3/24 and got no response. I no longer live in **, but, I would greatly appreciate this matter being investigated and resolved and I expect a monetary reward for the damage to my vehicle over 10 months ago.
