  Well they claim to want to be your partner..thats a laugh.. They have no transparency with you as a client..none. Products out of stock...you'll never know until you ask why it hasn't been shipped. Then you will get apologies and stories but no truth. Then one of them are truthful with you and state the one product is out..so why not let me know and ship the rest...more apologies and of course no information o why...this is after stating they will make it a priority to ship what they have.. June 2nd 2025 order..June 18th still not shipped and no reason why as to what they allegedly have in stock.BTW the owner loves to talk a good game on linked in and get all the back slapping from people about how great they are doing. It is all BS. They either are vary short on capital or just really are bad at doing and good at talking. *** the business model is a subscription that you have to pay them monthly yet they fail to perform...The only company who looks bad is yours not them..Any body who doesn't believe this who wants the chain of emails as evidence i will supply them

  This is regarding Spuliful order #SPL271655 We had chosen Supliful to do business with because we liked their business model, also I was born in ******* ******** so I thought it would be nice to do business with a local company. My company recently expanded to *********, so including them in our product line made sense. So we invested in a website, merchandise, business cards and other marketing materials as wel as a lot of time and effort to launch their energy strips product. The first 2 orders went fine and arrived here in ********* within 2 weeks. So we decided to buy more. On Jan 4th, **** we ordered 3X as many energy strips. BIG MISTAKE!Being the beginning of the new year, I decided to give them a bit of room to get up to speed. However by *** 17th, I was getting a little worried. So I contacted Anta at Supliful who stated "The reason it's been delayed, is due to our recent move to a bigger warehouse. Also, we've run out-of stock for size-1 labels that are needed to fulfill the product in your order. We're expecting the stock tomorrow". Ok, so I wait another two weeks and still my order has not shipped, so I contact the help email on Jan 28th. So on the 29th, I get an e-mail that it was suddenly shipped without any explanatio or an apology.From the time I placed my order until it was shipped (and note that I still have to wait another 2 weeks for it to arrive as my satellite company is in *********) is almost a month. By the time I receive it, it will have been well over a month since I placed my 3rd order. I was never e-mailed in advance of a new warehouse or out of stock labels. This company fails to take responsibility for its actions by not keeping their customers up to date nor does it offer an apology.In summary, how are we supposed to do business with a company that could keep our customers waiting weeks for their product?

  I was fascinated when I found Supliful, and am ecstatic to have now received my first round of samples and I love the product.It was a bit of a confusing process getting started, however when I reached out to customer support I realized that an email I had overlooked was why one of my orders was delayed. We cleared up the issue immediately, I received a reimbursement for the out of stock item in my order, next day. My package had tracking information uploaded by the end of the day, too.I am grateful for Supliful and look forward to growing my business in the wellness/supplement space, with their support.. They absolutely do not deserve a 1 star rating, so I wanted to share my experience and pay it forward, for I have nothing but great things to say.

  This company had a representative tell Me that I could use their company's address to file for my LLC I asked this representative who I had spoke to twice if it is still OK for me to use supliful address both times they stated yes that it was OK. After spending money of my own they later told me after the llc was approved that I can't use there address no longer. They "state that they take full responsibility but can't sell products and have to change the address and the only compensation they can give me is a $25 store credit" what I want is a formal apology from the company executives and for them to reimburse me every single ***** i spent because it's there fault that they gave me false information and have cost me money that I can't get back now and now I have to spend more to now dissolve my llc. I don't see how a company with such little intelligence and horrible communication and training skills could have an A+ and 5 star rating from the BBB. If I could leave a -5 star I would but seems the BBB doesn't allow that. This company needs to fix this now or I will proceed into taking things into legal matters.

  There was a misunderstanding beetween this customer and our customer support representative. We never stated that it is ok to use our address to register a legal entity it is rather that he could use our address on the product labels. We have outreached to you to help you resolve the situation in the best possible manner. There is no need to dissolve your LLC as you only need to change the legal address, which costs no more than $10.Again we are sorry that this has happened and we personally apologize for the irritation that we have caused.

  I have prove of the company saying it was OK for me to use there address for my llc after I ask then Twice. This company if providing the BBB false information when they telling you the BBB other wise and I have copies of the conversation between them and I stating it was OK for me to use there address to register my llc and more than happy to provide the evidence to back up my statement.
