    I signed my daughter up for the ****************************************** order to get her learners permit. She has completed all quizzes and lectures aside from the practice permit test. The first issue is that when she is logged in the time spent is not an accurate representation of the actual time spent. Her account shows only 10/30 hours completed which is grossly inaccurate. She has spent way over 10 hours on this course. The lectures are incredibly long and detailed with multiple lessons under each chapter. Which she has completed all of along with each quiz at the end of each chapter which she passed which is shown in her account dashboard of progress made. I timed her on one chapter alone which took 3.5 hours to complete. There are 12 chapters of which she needs to take the final test but is unable to review material due to the glitch. The second issue is she is unable to return to previous lessons to review information which I have been informed after calling Coastline is a glitch that should not happen. I have made 2 phone calls today looking for a solution. The system wont allow more time spent toward the 30 hours even though she has completed all lectures. We have an appointment on her birthday, ******* to get her permit. I need a solution asap from Coastline and the required course completion certificate in order for my daughter to take the permit test and get her permit.
