Climb Credit Union has been giving me the runaround about my GAP refund since January of 2025! Ive been told multiple times that once my auto loan is paid that I will get my refund of $300. Then I was told multiple times it will be refunded the beginning of March!! So far theyve not refunded me and their Asst ******** ******** ******* ****** was extremely rude and denied her **** saying that. I told her I have the messages & emails but she still said Im a liar! ******** told me she couldnt care less if I report Climb Credit Union to BBB or ****. ******** does not appreciate members of her employer! This credit union also provided me with the personal loan of 7500 in or around March 2023 with 7% APR. My balance on that loan in January of this year was only $7000! When I sold the vehicle, the difference was $11,000 in which this credit union gave me another personal loan to cover that $11,000!! The problem is that they gave me a higher APR of 17.5% and flipped over the $7000 into the $11,000 so now Im paying a higher interest on that $7000 loan. My payments are high for this reason! Claim credit union could have left me at 7%, but they chose to profit off of me after they knew I was already struggling financially! This credit union also said that they would match what ****** was offering for the vehicle I had financed with them. They did not match it so I had to end up paying $560 at ****** to sell the car. Then, a friend of mine who is a finance manager offered to pay $3000 towards the personal loan so that way it could be revised and my monthly payments would be around $300. Due to all the nonsense and lies, He wanted this in writing. When I asked for it, they told me I needed approval to revise regardless if we paid $3000. Ive gotten nothing but the runaround because they are finding every which way possible to profit off of me.Initial Complaint

I put in an application here for a car loan and had an absolutely horrible customer service experience. I came into the branch on 7/27 to apply for an auto loan and I was told I needed to apply online because they closed soon. I went home and applied that day as directed by the employee who sent me a link for the application. Then throughout that week I made multiple attempts to proceed with no luck at all until I finally got a hold of the woman who directed to me apply online. She made an excuse that she didnt see my application but she would now to get to work on it. From then on I had to continually prompt her to process my application. She says she would send me a link to upload a list of documents. That never happened so I took matters into my own hands and just emailed the docs she said she needed over the phone. Again I needed to attempt to contact her multiple times to finally get a response. I gave her all all the requested docs but now she said my registration would not work because it was a temporary. Find so I went online to the my Colorado app and retrieved my registration there and emails it to her on 8/3/24. She again never attempted to contact me to proceed with the loan and ignored my emails and voicemails asking when we could proceed. My final attempt was on 8/8 and when that didnt work I called customer service. Those folks said she would call me the following day, today 8/9. Finally she called me and acted completely clueless and didnt even know that I had sent her the registration 7 days ago. I honestly couldnt even fathom how this could happen but I was ready to let that go until I finally get her to send me loan docs. Now the loan docs didnt even match the way my car was titled. I was then told I was wrong about how my car was to be titled even though I had proof since I had the title in my possession. I asked to title the car like it was already titled and she said that couldnt be done.Initial Complaint

We have had an account since 2019. Lately the workers a have called us stating we need to adjust our payment amounts to match the interest payment. So we do. Then today we were told that we owed an insane amount of money and were being sent to collections. We asked foe them to look it over again because there was no way we owed that much. They again were insistent that we owed that much. It took us having to pull up the account ourselves and showing the banker our last payment. Apparently they couldn't do the basic math to see that we paid! That's extremely alarming since this person works at a bank! Now we've been sent to collections for no reason and this worker acted like their error was our fault. This bank makes it extremely hard to understand statements. Statements come out way after we make our payments. We've asked to receive statements earlier and never get them. We've asked for help with understanding the statements and the online system and never get help. It's frustrating.Initial Complaint

Every time I call them I have to wait 1 hour, they promised me a credit card and they didn't comply, they promised me a personal loan and they didn't comply either, they made me wait two weeks and all just to give me a negative answer, I didn't look for another credit options confident that they had promised me a loan and it was not like that, then they told me that they could skip my next payment on a car loan and they did not, and now I owe more money, and I am overdrawn in my bank account thanks to them
