    The boys on the oil change bay put an extra ******* more miles on my auto so their service screen would show I needed three expensive services - then they couldn't change the mileage back so my printout on the windshield indicates over ****** miles when I only have *****. I used to have my two vehicles serviced there regularly but if they are going to try and scam me, I'm never going there again.

    I have been going to this location for well over 10 years and how this" manager Bryan" Handle this situation was unforgivable. I pull in waiting no problem until 20 mins later another lady pulled in next to me in the other lane while I'm still waiting at this point I been there 45mins waiting. Again no problem there until they pull her in first. They send no apologies, Bryan basically argued with me, saying I'm the problem, like are you serious I'm the problem? I am customer who got there first,it's first come first serve bases and I been there 45 mins she was there 20 mins absolutely ridiculous. At a previous time one of the new guys as I pulled in he then reaches in to my car to unlock my door and open it, then proceeded to touch my blinker, lights and doing it for me like are serious ? This place has really gone down hill with in the last year so. I will never return to this location again!!
