Refund or Repair (Damage Claim) policy:
Repair/Vehicle Damage Claims - all documents gathered with a quick response to filing, compiling, gathering and forwarding to insurance for an expedient (as applicable) resolve.
Refund:
Broker Fee Refund policy: The Auto Broker fee is payable at time of delivery of your new vehicle. We provide you with a detailed statement for all fees, like delivery fees, shipping etc. A new car transaction in the state of California, states there is no cooling off period on new cars, therefore are no refunds for the broker fee. You cannot simply return the car later for any reason, therefore we do not offer refunds for our brokerage fee service. For private party and dealer party transactions that are cancelled while in process, do not meet shipping requirements and/or may not be shipped for other reasons, 50% (or less) of the transaction fee may be refunded (as applicable). There are multi-car discounts of the service as well as repeat client special discounts.
Shipping insurance is offered, which can help provide peace of mind during the process.
