5 starsThey sent out a technician within 2 hours after calling the office. The 19yro hot water tank was seeping hot water out the bottom and needed to be replaced. We now have a new tank, with a tray under it. The technicians were knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We have used Fletcher"s Plumbing previously and will again in the future. *****************. They sent a tech out within hours to diagnose the water heater. It was old so I knew it needed replaced. They installed a new one the next day. ******* was great and easy to work with during the install. He maintained a clean work area and completed the installation in a timely process. I have used Fletchers a couple times before this and they have always been top notch!Fletcher's Plumbing and Contracting, Inc.

Fletchers plumbing is very accommodating for setting up a date and time appointment. The plumber who arrived was extremely courteous and helpful. We have a reverse osmosis drinking water system by Kinetico. We love the system which removes toxic chemicals from our drinking water. ********** put the system in originally about 8 or 9 years ago. It does require some maintenance every year or two depending on use. ********** has always done our maintenance as well. They are very professional, courteous, honest and respectful. The membrane had not been replaced since the original installation. The technician recommended we upgrade the system with a new membrane, which is normally to be replaced every 6-7 years. He told us that quite honestly we might get a little more time out of it but recommended the upgrade, which we did. We are very happy with this system and the prompt service that ********** has given us over the years!Fletcher's Plumbing and Contracting, Inc.
