    I called this Animal Hospital on Saturday December 21, 2024 asking to be seen for My Cat that was vomiting they told me I could come in as a Emergency appointment I got there they took me to a room the vet came in and an exam with physical touch saying that he was not blocked she did blood work came back and said he had pancreatitis and prescribed medicine to take home but also gave him a few medicines there . Monday December ******* after giving him the prescribed pill in the morning. later that evening around 7pm he started drooling having Trimmers , open mouth gasping for air I called Davies Animal medical hospital at 7:30pm explained what was happening was put on hold for 20min vet tech got back on the phone and asked me if I wanted to bring him in to be seen and I said yes the vet tech said they were still waiting for the doctor to respond with an answer on what to do . Called with a different number someone finally answered at 7: 58pm and said that the vet declined the emergency after 29 minutes of being on hold and said that they were now close even though I called them 30 minutes before they were closing . I was then forced to rush my cat to an emergency vet who asked for all the paperwork from Davies Animal medical hospital I gave them what paperwork I had and it showed nothing of what was done so the new vet said that they could run numerous labs and x-rays costing upwards of over $4,000

    1. We had an estimate of $349.48 + Tax: $5.94.2. We refused the shampoo $40.20 from estimate but was charged anyway 3. We requested to have the ears washed from infection and debris, the employee left and another person returned which gave me instructions on how to give my pet 6 different product issued without accurately diagnosing the issues.An still never washed my pets ears, Although I was charged anyways additional:$104.46.* No physical service with pet * Charged double for resale of product value * Disregarded are request an refusal of Service and Product.

    Ms. ****** brought her pet to us n 11/25. records are attached to prove service provided. The pet was examined and it was determined there was an infection of the ears. The * did not decline any treatments or medications. She only declined a pharmacy consult at the end of her visit.  The medications that were sent home could have been declined at any time during the visit, but the owner chose to take all recommended medications and ear treatments. We called the day after her appointment to see how the pet was doing. At no time did she request a refund for the ear products.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    As stated in ******** ******* reply letter, she makes claim as to:   cleaning of ears, doing the examination, administering medication and instructions all in the time frame of 15 min.

    when she had only made an appearance for 1 min, other individuals looked at July not her.

    How can she make statements in her defense when she wasnt present to perform EAR CLEANING or even listening to what we did and did not agree with?

    As stated in our complaint we request billing adjustment and an apology for her deception and incompetence when it comes to *********** for our pets.

    By past customers complaints its apparent we have not been the only customers treated this way $$$$

    You never called us to talk to us about your concerns, you went straight to this complaint. However, We have been trying to contact since you filed this complaint. The veterinarian last attempted to call you yesterday  12/12/24. We have not been able to get ahold of you and your voicemail box is full.  We cannot help you unless we are able to get ahold of you.
