I want to return this product as per doctors order and I am unable to contact the seller after dozens of attempts to reach someone by phone or email .I'm beginning to think they are a scam.Business response

I was going through the company site and I wanted to buy on e product that is********* product but the site came up with other products after gaining my credit card information it wasn't clear on the site that I was paying for other products too so ultimately when I was supposed to pay only 65 dollars I ended up paying 243 dollars. ************************ with Unify Health Labs on 08/14/2022. *********************** ********************** I don't want these orders I emailed on the company site the moment I realised I was being charged wrong but I am not getting any response. This is a very poor customer service from Unify health lab, please help me in getting my money back I want to cancel the order.Business response

I purchased with the satisfaction guaranteed or full refund with no questions asked. Product does not work for me after trying for a month. They now ask that I return at my cost in order to get refund. They should disclose that important detail of returning product before purchase. I expected a refund with no hassle as stated but this is not the case and returning is a hassle and obviously costs money. Simply would like a full refund as stated.Business response

SCAM. Tried as directed, no results. Waste of money and time. Then denied a refund. Absolutely horrible. Live agent, kicked me out of chat 2 times with a wait 3 to 4 minutes and I'll come back then all that shows on the screen thank you. ****** ended the chat, ***** just disappeared, then I got****** back who played the victim. So sad these are their tactics. I communicated prior to losing my electricity and phone, they told me to request refund. Now that I'm able, now it's too late.Business response

6 cans of unify health lab ********** was recently sent to my old address I have not been at for 2 years under my maiden name. I've been married over a year. Is this a fraud issue? I didn't see anything on my bank statement, but it still might charge me... what should I do?? It came with no receipt but a postage label on the side.Business response

I ordered products from unify health labs on the 6th of June 2021. I have not received my order which i was told I would receive in three business days. I contacted the company and received a response from someone that does not have the company name in the email address. They gave me the tracking information number to track the order which it states is running late. I should receive the order by the 13th of June. I still have not received my order. Its now the20th of June. I'm getting really frustrated with this company.Business response
