From gathering information, making sure all documents are complete and properly submitted, to handling follow-ups, she ensures you're always updated and supported, as well as makes sure your insurance company knows you have someone on your side working on your behalf in a very professional way.   Avner Gat and ******************* have gone above and beyond every expectation we had. Our insurance gave us an unreasonable settlement check for a burst pipe /water damage, to restore our property. Our contractors quote was significantly higher than the insurance companys , however when we tried to reach the insurance they would not return multiple attempts in contacting them directly and through our agent to address the discrepancy . We were at a complete standstill.We contacted an attorney who said it would be more beneficial for us to work with a qualified pubic adjuster.After contacting multiple public adjusters we chose Avner Gat. Avner answers the phone himself, he immediately understood what we were going through and sent out ******************* to assess the damages. As soon as ***** got involved the tables turned the insurance company was engaged . The repair offer was 8 times their initial estimate and about 40% higher than our contractor who missed multiple details.We are able to restore our house properly and could not have done it without ***** and Avner.Our main advice is contact Avner Gat immediately when the loss occurs and before the insurance adjuster steps foot in your house it will save you at least a month of getting the run around.Also go with your own contractor not serve pro or another service the insurance offers they work on behalf of the insurance company.   I've been working with Nadav Gat at Avner Gat Public Adjusters over the last month and a half trying to put my life back together after a fire that destroyed/damaged most of my personal belongings. I've heard lots of horror stories regarding other folks' experiences with insurance companies, but my experience with Assurant has been absolutely horrendous. Assurant fought me tooth and nail on my insurance claim & did everything they could in order to avoid paying out a fair & reasonable settlement. They avoided me, dodged my calls, & tried to outsmart me with bullish*t insurance language that I didn't understand. However, Nadav Gat came into the picture & guided me through each step of the way with patience, kindness, & absolute full knowledge & understanding of how to maneuver the tricky realm of insurance claims. In a world where it feels like everyone from YOUR OWN insurance company is against you, Avner Gat's Public Adjusters were the light that kept me gassed up & hopeful that we could find a reasonable solution. At the end of the day, Avner Gat did NOT disappoint & was able to help me acquire a settlement that will thankfully be sufficient in helping me to rebuild everything that I lost.
  In full transparency, if it weren't for Nadav & his expertise & passion for this business, I would've been screwed. There were multiple moments where I would've messed things up & lost even more than the fire took from me- but Nadav was able to guide me & make calls & represent me in a way that resulted in the best possible outcome.
