1 starThey Sneak in Subscription Fees without notifying you.I saw on my *********** credit card, they charged me for $9.99 for a subscription I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR!! WHAT THE HELL?!?The only thing I ever purchased were items on September 27, 2024. That was it!! I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION DURING CHECK OUT. They have been charging me falsely the amount of $9.99 for the months of October, November, and December of 2024. And they charged me for the month of January 2025 as well. AGAIN, WHAT THE ******* HOW COULD YOU DO THIS WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME!! I have tried to cancel this subscription per their directions, but I can't because this $9.99 subscription DOES NOT SHOW UP ON MY ORDER HISTORY, until after I made this complaint. So they need to cancel this subscription I never signed up for and I would like my money refunded for October, November, December, and January....which is the total amount of $******** NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUSINESS WITH THEM. ANY PURCHASE YOU MAKE THEY WILL SNEAK IN A SUBSCRIPTION FEE AND THEN NEVER NOTIFY YOU OF THE CHARGES.Review fromEmilyWilson

1 starI will never use them again, which is an absolute shame, because I've used them for a long time. Even if I've had good purchases before, Streamily will eventually treat you terribly if something goes wrong, which was what happened with my last order in November. They almost changed my special instructions for a digital audio shoutout without my consent, and customer support replies were mostly generic and treated my digital order like a physical order.I eventually got into contact with the actor who I wanted my shoutout from, and he helped me out with my order instead. He said for some reason, he couldn't see any outstanding orders on his end of the site's interface, which proves that Streamily had lied to me about sending reminders to the actor. He requested to Streamily that I not only receive my recording, but also a refund after all the trouble I've been through. I got my recording, but still no refund. Streamily is disrespectful.Even after I had left a negative review on Trustpilot talking about my bad experience, Streamily left a very generic response that only addressed a few certain points I made about my end of the interface while making zero acknowledgement about the actor's interface problems and his role in helping me out through social media DMs instead of Streamily's customer support. ****************** also purposely ignored the part where I had mentioned about the actor requesting a refund.Streamily not only doesn't care about me as a customer, but also has no care to improve its web interface for both customers and talent partners, and even ignores special talent requests like refunding customers who have received terrible service.I will never use Streamily again and will either wait for in-person conventions or keep eye out for a better platform in the future.Review fromC. 1 starId give no stars if that was an option. Bought an auto package that was supposed to have a zoom watch party with the 2 celebs doing the autos. 1 celeb backed out and the other rescheduled only an autograph signing and not a zoom. It cost $375. Sent an email asking for a full refund. They are refusing. They offered the autos to be signed offline and a $75 coupon for their site. That wont cover the cost of an auto . Id have to spend more money to use the coupon. I would not have bought the autos if it didnt have the zoom watch party attatched. I in no way blame the celebs. Its streamily. They are a rip off! 1 starPoor ***************** Lack of Clear Return Policies, and Ongoing Delays In May 2024, I ordered a personalized, signed 8x10 print of ********* ***** as Vox from ************** through Streamily. The order cost included priority streaming, a certificate of authenticity, and other add-ons. When it arrived in July, the print was damaged due to **** mishandling, which I reported to Streamily on July 6, 2024. After confirming with them on July 11, 2024, that a replacement would be provided, I've faced nothing but delays and vague responses.Streamilys FAQ page lacks clear information on returns, replacements, or refunds, stating only to contact us and well help as best we can." No specific return instructions were given, and I wasnt asked to return the damaged item, adding to my frustration.I continued to follow up in September and October but received only general reassurances with no timeline. On October 29 and 30, I was emailed a payment link for a 4x6 unpersonalized printnot the 8x10 personalized print I initially ordered. Although they reassured me I wouldnt need to pay for the replacement, they havent explained why I was sent the incorrect payment link. Most emails were automated, with some inconsistently signed by a representative named Sienna, making it unclear if a single person was overseeing my case. After multiple failed attempts to resolve this issue, I filed a BBB complaint on October 29, 2024, as my bank advised when my claim through **** couldnt proceed.This experience has been frustrating, especially during a difficult time in my life with my moms second battle with cancer. I hope Streamily reconsiders its customer support policies and provides clearer guidance for damaged or delayed orders. This company will gaslight you and make you feel like an idiot for expecting mistakes they have made to be resolved. To poor packaging, to delayed responses, to straight up lie and now theft with no refund and no replacement. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!Review fromSuzanne P

2 starsI bought a livestream print (which is the alleged "bait"), which I fully expected would be signed live on stream . However, Streamily sent me several emails saying, "Oh no, your print may not be signed live on camera." Streamily required me to pay extra money for what it called VIP/Priority (which is the alleged "switch"). Currently, VIP/Priority is $12.00. Unfortunately, I dont recall if that was the amount demanded at the time. I did not pay more money since I didnt believe it should have to cost more in order to get what I expected when I ordered. I then did not see my print signed live on camera, which is not right. I want to let other fans know about how this business works, especially since Streamily has no competition right now. I believe they were greedy in not supplying what I expected without me paying more money.Review fromBreana W

2 starsWhen your Streamily order has a problem, you can expect Support to not only be unhelpful, but also to stop responding when they've decided they're done with you. There is no recourse no matter how politely you approach them or how many screenshots you send. They will ***eatedly gaslight, sidestep, and refuse to directly answer your questions or even offer a simple apology for their mistakes.For one print, the charged $10 extra for Signed on Stream. I also added the VIP membership to skip the line and guarantee my print would be signed on stream. My print was shipped and delivered to me without ever being streamed. Streamily informed me that there is NO guarantee of prints being signed on stream no matter what you do. The extra payment, VIP membership, Priority Upgrade, etc, do not guarantee it. They refused to refund these extra fees and support stopped responding to me. Their *** conflicts with this information, as the purchase page for VIP and the *** confirm that this service is intended to be a signed on stream guarantee.For a second print, Streamily sent an email saying my print was between orders ***** (they later confirmed that I was queue #**) and would be signed in the next stream. FOUR streams later, it has not been signed, and Streamily is claiming that they never sent such an email so my order was certainly not within those numbers. I have the screenshots, and multiple people have had the same experience as me. The exact same customer support *** as before then told me "if you want it to be guaranteed signed on stream, you should buy priority." But you JUST told me last time that priority doesn't guarantee it? So which is it?I've provided multiple accounts from multiple people to Streamily, with screenshots, showing that I am not the only person to have these issues. I eventually just gave up. I could not reach any other person associated with Streamily for help and they would never even acknowledge the veracity of my issues.Review fromHayley M

1 starBeen waiting 4 months for an autograph to be shipped. It's been signed and customer service can give me nothing more than "sorry we don't know." They apparently have no way to contact the talent or they refuse to do so to follow up. Feels very much like a scam at this point. They also sell shoutouts fully dependent on the talent and can't give tomeframes on that either. Recommend cameo instead if streamily .Review fromLee-Ann G

1 starStreamily has increased 'service fees' from $7.64 on on March 11 to $8.26 on March 20 for the same actor to $23.21 on April 21. They also advertise a Family Plan which is supposed to cover shipping and make you a VIP. The order I placed on 4/21 was charged shipping. The customer service pertain was rude and entirely not helpful. Will not recommended!
