I was trying to find out if a friend of mine was in jail or not so I paid for the "supposed to be free trial" but I never received the information I was looking for and I've already filed the paperwork for the cancellation of the service on the same day I ordered it and I requested a refund but have yet received any type of response from you...Business Response

Was directed to the website by official government website, of course it says free all over the website but once you want to actually look for someone you get charged $1. Just to find out they dont have very accurate information. A few hours later you will get a charge for $49.82. This website is an absolutely a scam and shouldn't be linked on any government website. In addition to trying to get a refund, they take the longest route possible with having you print out a from and mail it in. Horrible people, absolute distrust.Business Response

I used to subscribe to their service. I didn't need it anymore and I canceled. They quit charging me the full price of the subscription but every month since then they've still charged me a dollar. I know it's only a dollar but it's the principal. And my credit card statement I can't go back far enough to see how long it's this whole year I know that much. But my credit card info goes only goes back like 6 months so I don't know when I actually canceled their serviceBusiness Response

I used your site to try and help my fianc who was arrested and not only did you not have the records for his arrest but i didn't know you would charge me a memebership fee i never wanted to be a memeber it was a one time thing for me and the money that was taken from my account was for food to feed my kids now i dont know how i am going to pay for food for the next few days it doesnt make it clear on the site that you will automatically charge someone a fee let alone access their account to take money for yourself by stored info on your site like thats crazyBusiness Response

The services are not as described and trying to cancel is a trick. There is a cancelation area but they do not tell you that you must ALSO call to cancel. They do not refund you but make you take several steps to be refunded. I spoke with some ********** and three others in a group of ten went through the same thing. I wanted to review a criminal/private report of one individual. Upon searching for this report, it was advertised as $1.00 to view. Apparently, in paying this dollar and viewing, I signed up for a FORTY dollar monthly subscription for a site I would only ever use one time. I would never agree to this if it was stated clearly like they have claimed it is. The trial period is only TWO days and I received a recurring charge today for $40. Upon emailing and asking for a refund/account closure I was told I would have to print and sign a refund request (I dont have a printer). Looks like I will not be offered a refund unless I go out of my way to find a printer. Total scam and customer service was rude in both email and phone. I am honestly very upset and disheartened.
