I called for legal advice they said I would be charged a one time fee of **** never did they say they would charge me ***** each month there after. I could never access their website for a list of lawyers. I never authorized them to charge my card monthly I want all my money back. I contacted them for legal aid, they said it was like 1$ and soem change for like a week. I ****** the name after I found I've been charged 20.00$ now for months and haven't used them. Can't find the site to cancel. ****** the url and this is all that came up. Since October "usa legal resources" and "great shopper savings" have been charging me up to $19 a month. I only used ******* legal for one month to try and find a lawyer but it was not worth the money now neither website will allow me to cancel. I believe the great shopper savings was an add on from USA legal resources that I wasn't aware of because I don't sign up for savings programs.Business Response

Called the hotline and was charged money and was told I would receive a phone call and an e-mail and was supplied neither. When I called to ask for a refund I was refunded some of the money but not all. I honestly believe the business is a scam as there was ZERO attempt to resolve the issue and try to keep me as a customer. I noticed a charge today for $19.90 from this company. I checked my email and had no information from them and did not enroll for any legal services. I called the company who cancelled. I explained that a charge went through this morning and asked to be refunded. They said no. I demand full refund of charges from this company.
It may have been internet fraud and perhaps from a person who used to stay with me. The rep told me to ask this person and I explained I could not as they are in jail and I have a no contact order with them as they attacked me but as I did not sign up, I ask to refund and they denied.Business Response

I needed advice of an attorney as soon as possible. I called attorneys in my area for a free consultation but was only getting voicemails. I took my search online and saw this website. I called them and told them my situation. The gentleman in the other line said it was going to be 1.90 to get access to an attorney and he provided me a log on passcode. I went to their website and there was no option for a passcode. It was as of I did a plain Google search. 3 days ago I was charged 19.90 then when I saw they charged I locked my card. They turned around I tried making another 2.90 charge which was declined due to me locking my card. I didn't authorize them to take out, 19.90 nor 2.90 out of my account.Business Response

This complaint is in reference to money being taken out of my bank account for the last 4 months. The first amount is for $18.90 and the other is for $19.90. I emailed them about 6 weeks back and they said that they could not find my information and that I had to call. I recently called and I was put on hold and then hung up on and the 2nd they just did not answer and then they hung up. This company goes under USA Legal Resource and ********************** In total they owe me $155.20 in unauthorized deductions from my account. This money needs to be returned immediately before I have to pursue this by legal means.
