    THEy will gauge you when you are at most vulnerable heat stroke and send a unmotivated tech ..charged to to come out just to tell u they have to open up the machine, which isn that the purpose of having someone come repair !? I was told that the inspection. Would be done the person. Doing the customer service said they come prepared and are 98% able to see an fix ..unless there's a part that need to. Be ordered tech kept putting off appointment so he would lose daylight and say that's why he couldn't diagnose yet thy say 24 hour emergency and thats what we paid for ..wouldn't even put refrigerant when clearly that's what was needed.. I was very detailed about the issue we wanted a second opinion and they said change whole system which would be fine but said to wait two days for a price ..during heatwave ..we knew it needed the fluids he didn't want to go get them or put at all this was a set up to basically come out tinker around and charge us 189.00with no resolution ..or new info I understand 189 was same day visit plus whatever it would have been to fix or fill refridgerant ..just was dead set on coming out an telling us he wasn't able to for too many reasons we were to!d the opposite could be done ..it's not right to do that people in CA need air also with current world condition keeping cooler places don't break viruses as quickly ..people in household have conditions heat make worse ..not that it good for anyone to be overheated ..but some people can't tolerate as well..thank you to whoever read this ..hope your having a safe happy day ..
