    My wife and I checked in on 12/04/2023 and paid for 2 nights with my wife's **** credit card ending in **** the room was $144.41 per night and we stayed in room 212.On December 6th my wife got a charge for $388.82 $100.00 more than what supposed to be. I called 3 times requesting an explanation but the persons that answered seemed to be confused and transferred me to another extension. Finally I spoke to a person who said that his name was *********. He told me that he was going to issue a refund but instead on December 14 my wife got another charge for $244.41. I gave up because I spoke to 4 different persons and rather than solving my complaint they charge more money
