            Absolutely horrendous company. They do not answer the phone, messages or emails. They do not perform even the basic tasks required for homeowners. They collect obscene *** fees, and ignore their legal obligations. I cant believe they are in business, they should truly be ashamed of how they conduct themselves. They have allowed water to leak for months previously during a drought. There are screens at the bottoms of the building they have not repaired for over a year. When they do hire it is the cheapest contracts possibly and the grounds are usually severely damaged. They should be reported to the *** and audited. There is no way they are using the *** fees legitimately. T
