            My mother ******************************* purchased an Urn plot for two. My mother died 11 months ago. My brother is looking for the paper work that my mom purchased for two. Rose Hills acknowledged that my mother purchase the plot and it belonged to her. Well now she is dead. So, since she is dead that cant do anything. I have a plot that is for two. I was told that upon my death the plot goes to next of kin. So when I die my son can choose to put me in the plot or put me in a coffee can and sell my plot. This contradicts what they told my brother about my mothers plot. Rose Hills has been giving us the runaround.

            We are greatly disappointed at the slow pace and poor service we received while trying to bury my late mother-in-law's ashes that we brought back from overseas.We have already purchased the location with Rosehills but just needed to make an arrangement .We were told that someone would call ** to confirm an appointment date for the burial, but we did not receive any phone calls for two weeks. Meanwhile our phone calls were never answered ! The interment office does not care about the feelings of people who lost their loved one !Their inefficiency only added more stress and anxiety to the bereaved family .! WHy can't they ease our pain by handling the matter more efficiently !!
