    "I started with bio X4 way back in 2017 maybe earlier I lost 30 lb in one month but I was being very strict and not eating junk food or sugar then I kept using it for years and then went off I'm getting it again and I haven't really lost weight because I gained so much but I am very regular once again in my bathroom activities so I have definitely noticed that the probiotics keeps me in a regular state which is good I still believe in BIO X4 and I intend to be stricter with my diet to help the supplement work more efficiently I've read some of the other comments and they sound disturbing but I must admit they don't apply to me in conclusion I also have to admit that the price is gone down not up many more deals I guess it really is up to each individual on the results good luck everyone"
