    We are filing a complaint about Spa Retails Westlake Village Inn management. On June 1st we visited the Spa Retails in person for the information about the Spa day-pass. The receptionist Dallas gave us a Treatment menu and said we can have a walk-in Spa day-pass. So we planned our spa day ahead of time, because It was our youngest son Graduation and his Birthday, and we wanted to relax and celebrate.
    We booked our hotel room and the restaurants for 3 days, and on Saturday, June 24th, 2023, we came to Spa Retails to enjoy our Spa day. The same receptionist, Dallas, said, we can NOT have a promised Spa day-pass, only with a treatment appointment. We were agree to buy any service to enjoy the Spa. Dallas answered there was no spots available and called the manager. The manager said, they can not let us into the Spa, and told us to leave in a rude way, standing at the entrance door.
    It is unacceptable to treat respectable customers that way. We do no feel like returning to this business.
