    Started this whole process back in 2019 before the prepandemic. It has since become a joke. $100 to start your "free" trip. Then Disney shut down. Had to pay another $250 to keep our "free" trip. Finally this year 2022, we are getting it all booked. Started in March. Here it is September, we are supposed to leave on the the 3rd which is one week from now. They now tell us they didn't book us in time even though we finalized all of this in July. Now in order to take the trip we want and the theme park we want, we had to pay another $206. For those of you keeping count at home this "free" trip has cost us over $600. This is for a two night stay, air fare one way, and one disney day pass for two people. Yes, it is better than paying for it our selves but this sure ain't free by any means. We told our selves that if we win another "free" trip with Casablanca Express, we will go ahead and decline to save us the head, money and time.

    This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They did everything in their power to make sure I did not go on my trip even after jumping through all of their stupid hoops to make sure that I could go. I was going to have to pay an additional $200 to be able to stay in the city I requested. I talked to at least eight different people who would never help me and would just pass me around to different people. Jessica was my travel agent who booked me in the wrong city. Karyn was the manager who was unwilling to help me. Never ever do business with this company. You will not get a free trip you will not get a good hotel accommodations. I had to take time off of work and promised my kids a vacation that will no longer get to happen because of their terrible business!

    Do not trust this company. First you need to mail in a check to even start the reservation. After they received the money, I called in April and secured travel dates. They said I would be contacted in august with hotel and flight information for the trip in October. Mid September and I hadn’t heard anything. I called and they first said I didn’t provide dates, then listened to recordings and acknowledged they messed up but refused to follow through on the October date that we had requested time off work for months ago. This company is a scam. You mail in money, you don’t hear from them, receive horrible customer service and keep getting delayed travel dates as a way to fix the situation. They are masters at using the fine print, legal yes but ethical with how they treat customers I think is debatable. I would never recommend anyone use this company.

    Our "free" ($100 non refundable deposit) 2 night 3 day trip was collectively just under 48 hours (landing 11pm leaving like 6am) until we paid the $250 to "upgrade" to better flight times. This was after the company made it impossible to go to our 1st destination without paying about $1,000 to upgrade that option? Flight included zero luggage bigger than a purse or backpack (cost $103 to rectify). All the fees and surcharges it was no cheaper than what we could have booked on our own as our terms, to a destination we want. Dealing with this service is as unpleasant as the internet reviews say! The details in the fine print spell out what sort of lame experience you'll get.

    If I could give NEGATIVE starts or zero stars, I would. This business should be shut down for scamming people. I redeemed a travel certificate from a timeshare meeting. The process is all done VIA MAIL, which, was already a bit fishy to me. But regardless, I paid them the deposit and paid the taxes, after that, I didn't hear back from them. When I called the office, a very rude gentleman answered and told me I had to wait to get a call from an agent and they didn't call you until a month before your travel date. According to him, the hotel reservation was NOT booked at all. So why make me pay deposit and taxes if they don't even book the hotel? Unfortunately, you can't get your money back. I don't understand why businesses like this still run. I thought BBB is also meant to help maintain the integrity and legitimacy of a business. You can see there are tons of complaints about this place and yet, they are still up and running and continuously scamming people.
