I purchased a truck from this company to include an extended warranty which was advertised as covering everything under the hood/pertaining to the engine. I had the truck for 3 weeks before it has a MAJOR mechanical malfunction which resulted in nearly $30,000 worth of repairs. This truck has been in the shop from July 26th until present. This facility sold me this truck for nearly $120,000.00 and it wasnt even working up until the point of being able to pay the first truck note of $2500. Due to the truck being in the shop I now am 3 months behind on the payments because the truck was my only source of income and now the truck is up for repossession. I had to give $15,000.00 as a down payment on this truck that only worked for 3 weeks. I have reached out to the dealer on several occasions to ask for assistance but they have insisted that there is no resolution to come to so I am just stuck with nearly $150,000.00 in debt for a truck that was clearly sold to me in a condition that was sub par. I also lost my company behind this transaction so I am begging you to help me find a resolution. I want them to give me back the down payment that I made and they can have the truck back to resale after **************** it needs because it never should have been sold in that condition. I would also be satisfied with them providing an alternate truck under the same contract as this truck and they can have this truck back but I cannot be stuck in this position due to being sold faulty equipment
