              I recently applied at **************** apartments in ******* **. I was approved and told to bring $250 holding deposit. This property management has been replaced under circumstances unknown to me. New management has no record of my deposit. Ive tried to reach MBS with no success. Im a single mom and to me thats a good bit of money that I want back. Thanks so much

              Very unethical and worst property management company ever existed: 1. They discriminated agaist tenant, onsite manager treated specific tenant very distinguishably discriminated agaist specific tenant, never responded to any email or phone call, text, face to face communication over several months consecutively. Never could find a second property management with such discrimiatory actions. 2. MBS Property Management **** ignored tenant's request and never responded. 3. MBS Property Management **** onsite manager illegally repeatedly trespassed tenant's unit when tenant was away, which constitues violation of penal code, further constitues criminal acts. 4. MBS Property Management **** wrongly accused tenant for upstairs' leak and stated water went into fixture cover and refused to repair. Failed proprerty management duties and responsibilities. MBS Property Management **** failed to perform management duty to repair. NOT even finished repair until tenant moved out. 5. MBS Property Management **** retaliated tenant after tenant contacted regulatory entity. 6. MBS Property Management **** denied there is leak and refused to repair and told tenant NOT to shower for days. 7. MBS Property Management **** retaliated tenant with eviction based on unfounded ground after tenant contacted regulatory entity. 8. MBS Property Management **** ************************* further retaliated tenant with false accusation. This is the very worst property management company any tenant could ever imagine. Onsite manager *************************** discriminated and retaliated tenant repeatedly. MBS Property Management **** cooperate office ************************* is the most devil and evil individual any tenant could ever imagine. MUST stay away and NEVER rent from the WORST DEVIL property management company ever exits and any tenant could ever imagine. MUST STAY AWAY!
