Let me start with saying if you love your dogs do not take them here! They use ******** prong collars to correct your dogs behavior to the point of injury to there necks I had my 1 yr old fur baby there 3 weeks and when I picked her up she was underweight,bones showing,stressed per her vet,and her neck injured by the repedily correction of the prong collar for her training. I think this is very poor way to treat any animal to gain what they call control of your animal! Very disappointed I. The way my dog was cared for . The least they did was refund my full amount paid but will I. No way ever make up for the stress this has caused my dog or my family over something that was to be a positive experience. I can't believe I am the only pet parent who brings there 4 legged love one home like I did. Don't know how this place stays in bussiness with these tactics very inhimane. Borderline abuse any harm to a animal is just unacceptable!!!!!! Beware of hidden explanations of so call ********************. Very sad to experience anything like this.will never recover this kind of treatment. I hope another family didn't have to endure this as a result for seeking help from professionals.there's always a better and safer way to treat our pets!! Share with your loved ones, 3 weeks of this treatment should not have happened."
