    This company stresses me out. If you want a headache, try dealing with Hamama. Their mats do simply do not grow any more. I had high hopes when I first subscribed and indeed, I was able to grow three mats. After that, the mats stopped working, and I gave up ordering. I miss having microgreens and recently I tried subscribing again. I thought perhaps I was making some error and studied their site carefully. The first mat on my order grew a pitiful few sprigs-- not enough to harvest anything.. They deliberately have no phone number If they did, I could text them a picture of the failed mat. They requested a picture of the lasst ones that failed but I could not figure out how to send them one from my phone, without a phone number to test it. They seem to think their customers are lying about the inferior quality I have been stressing big time over this.. Now I have 6 mats remaining and a subscription which I want to end. Their site is confusiing and their is no chat or communication. I would not mind the price of microgreen subscriptions if they would simply grow. Now I have more coming on the subscription and now way to stop it.. Their quality control is nonexistant. The lack of communication is deliberate, apparently, perhaps because they would be otherwise by inundated by complaints from disappointed customers. This company is not trustworthy. It is an automated machine to take your money for damaged goods. If you want a big headache.......

I can assure you that we have not changed seed suppliers, the construction, or the makeup of the Seed Quilts. Every batch of seeds is tested for quality and germination % , and the germination rate must pass minimum standards in order to be used in our Seed Quilts. Our grow coaches would be more than happy to help troubleshoot any issues you are experiencing at hamama.com/help so we can be sure you are growing successfully again. I apologize again for the disappointment. We'd be happy to send you a replacement for one that didn't work out. Please check out our resources on our blog and ******* channel for extra support! As for getting in touch with us, we have our email address on our website, as well as live chat and our help center as mentioned above. Lots of ways to get in touch and if using email, we get back within 1 business day typically! You also have complete control over your (voluntary) subscription and we strongly encourage you to manage it as you'd like (changing flavors, skipping shipments, or cancelling).
