Bought a t shirt off this website, June 2024. The package never shipped. Reached out 3 times over the last 11 months, support finally got back to me May 2025 saying that they cannot process refunds for any shipments over 120 days, yet my product never shipped. I've been trying to get them to ship my order out because it's been more than three weeks since I've gotten any update to this point to where they've actually gave me tracking details via *** but it's been stuck at that location for now almost 2+ weeks and I still haven't received my order. I've asked for a refund and they are purposely ghosting me. They have done this with other customers as well, and I have not heard anything back from ******* the company when I initially filed a complaint for their business nor I haven't heard back from *********** Store Team requesting for a refund. I've upgraded my *** tracking to see if it would arrive faster which was like another $7-9 I had to spend. I just want my money back at this point.Initial Complaint

My son ordered merchandise from Cactus **** Travis Scott Store, the date of the order was May 9th 2024. A pair of T-*** gloves order number TSJM2297850 the item was ***** plus ***** to ship total ***** and a Journey hat TSJM2298866 it was ***** and ***** to ship total was *****. The order was supposed to be shipped between 10 and ********************************************************************************************************** refunds, but I explained that they never shipped the items and it is way too long, we wanted the item cancelled and money refunded. After months of trying to get a refund they went in on the order and they cancelled both orders on 9/20/24, but stopped communication, did not tell us it was cancelled and are refusing refund. I filed claim with ********* and they said it was past 60 days from order. Now you are my last hope of getting the money refunded and credited back. I sent pictures of original orders and cancellation pages. Anything you can do to help me would be appreciated. I told my son to never order from this company ever again. I was told initially the order would take ***** weeks. In decemeber 2023 I was told that this item was being prepared for shipping. THe order was never shipped. Now looking at emails with them in April they say the item is in production. There has been no comms from them since may 2023. THis is a scam. I want my money back.Initial Complaint

Purchased CACTUS JACK *** FORCE 1 UTOPIA on July 28th 2023 for a total of ******. Order number is #TSU1648181. Website was offering a $5 vinyl record if purchasing the shoes. Original timeline said I would receive shoes 4 weeks after. I was sent the vinyl record by itself via media mail. After waiting more than 4 weeks I contacted the store and they did not respond. Called my credit card and filed a dispute for the transaction.The store told ***** that they never shipped my shoes because I opened a dispute with my credit card. They provided ***** with the tracking number for the vinyl record (you cannot ship sneakers via media mail). I lost the dispute with ***** because they told ***** that I received the shoes. I had a problem with my Order (The order # is #TSU1648681).I purchased a pair of shoes from their webstore shop.travisscott.com and the pair they shipped to me came stained with paint. They were a white pair of shoes so they were basically ruined. I requested a refund, but the company only wanted to exchange them for a different pair. I was provided a return label and returned the shoes back to them and after a few more emails I stopped receiving replies from them. This was back in November. I never received anything back and they still have my money. I have sent another email and still have not received a response. I now have no product while they have my money. If they hadn't planned to send anything back they should not have told me to ship them the shoes back as I have now essentially been scammed out of the product.I just want a refund and to quit having to deal with this company. I've spent thousands with them over the years and its crazy they are treating me like this.Business Response

This customer agreed to the terms of our site upon entering and upon checkout. As noted we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. We offered an exchange and provided a pre-paid shipping label to this customer. The customer then opened a chargeback against the order. We will not issue a replacement/reshipment or any type of merchandise when a chargeback has been issued.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: *********** stopped responding to my emails after I sent back the item. Cutting contact without explaining anything else or how long the replacement would take. When I purchase something and receive something that isn't what is advertised something needs to be done about it. It is false advertising to sell products that are different than what is advertised as well as there are consumer protection laws for this exact thing. I should not have to be at the mercy/control of a company spending my hard earned money to be essentially scammed. My ************ at that point were to start a chargeback with my card company as if not what else am I supposed to do?
Terms of Service do not ***** laws. Company Policy do not ***** laws. I have now received nothing and am being told I will receive nothing which is now this company admitting to scamming me out of my money for something I did not receive. Again this company stopped responding to my emails well before I started the chargeback process.

On 8/3/2023 i placed an order for Utopia AF1 with an estimated 3 week delivery. On 9/27/2023 I received my order which arrived out of the box dirty, clearly worn bottoms, scuffs on the sides. I immediately emailed the company the same day, moments after arriving about the condition of the shoes. They have not emailed me back at all. I reached out to ******** who informed me I needed to contact **** directly because they ship direct from them. I contacted **** who informed me that is not the case, but directed me to mail them the shoes for a potential replacement. I spent $13 to ship these shoes to **** to only have them be sent back with a statement that theres nothing they can do. I still have not heard from customer service email regarding this issue. I am seeking a refund for the $177 plus reimbursement for the $13 shipping their ******* representative directed me to pay.Business Response

These came directly from the factory and shipped to customers, these are custom made items, these are brand new, we do not ship worn or used goods. We have thousands of orders and emails and customer service is working as quickly as possible to get all emails answered as best as possible. We did not direct the customer to send these to ***** nor did we confirm reimbursement for sending these to **** would be issued. A pre-paid shipping label was provided to the customer. I placed an order with this merchant on July 28th. The merchant guaranteed the product would ship within 3 weeks. It took over 7 weeks for the item to ship. During that time frame I reached out multiple times to cancel the order or allow a return for a refund. The merchant is refused to cancel the order and is still refusing a refund. It is within a buyers right to get a refund if a merchant takes over a month to ship out an item. Their personal policy of no cancels or refunds should go above a law that protects a buyers rights. This website did not follow through on their promise of shipping out within a three week period then took over twice that amount of time to ship out. There are hundreds of upset customers and this company isnt doing anything for them. This situation needs to be addressed. This isnt how business should be conducted. The customer agreed to our terms of service upon checking out and placing an order though our website, the terms were listed clearly that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds/cancellations. This customer filed a chargeback after receiving the item.
