I used to be a LuLaRoe Sales Consultant and used Sonlet to manage my inventory. I went thru the steps online to cancel my subscription last year, 2024. However, May 21 2025, I received an email telling me my Sonlet subscription renewal failed. I sent an email to ********************************** letting them know I had canceled my subscription and didn't know why I was receiving the payment failure email. I received the following response on May 22, "It sounds like your account may not have been fully canceled. I can take care of that for you. Will you please send me your username so I can be sure to find your correct account?".I responded with my user name the following day (May 23rd). And have not received a response since. I'm still receiving emails that my monthly payment renewal failed (so I'm accumulating a balance) and I've sent several follow up emails (dated Jun 21, Jul 21, Jul 22, Aug 7 and Sep 21 2025) just asking for a status and how to resolve this issue. I tried to use the ticket link to follow up, but it asks for a login and password. The login and password I use doesn't work. I've not been rude or had any negative interactions, but still no response or resolution. At this point, I'm not sure what else to do to get this resolved.
