      I have tried several time to contact them about returning my purchase. The will only help if you call the customer service number which no one answers. They keep trying to charge my credit card and my card got locked as a result. I believe the whole try before you buy is a scam trying to lure people into buying unwanted product

      I ordered a trial kit from luminous in February 2025. I called to return it because Im allergic. They charged me anyway. After many calls,they refunded my money and told me to keep the product and give it to a friend. Then they charged me again because I had not returned the product. After many phone calls and a lot of frustration on my part, they refunded the money again fast-forward to March 24, 2025. They withdrew a dollar from my checking then once again withdrew the same amounts in two transactions. This time when I called customer service, they told me that they dont know why they keep withdrawing money from my account. My monthly subscription shows as canceled It shows canceled on my end also after the many calls in February.They suggested I screenshot the withdrawals on my checking app and email them to customer service at **************************. That is NOT a valid email address.

      I placed this order and immediately I tried to cancel it. The order total was $90. I immediately contacted them. They said to return the itemto them unopened and they would give me a refund upon receiving the item. I didnt open it. I refused the package at the post office and the postmaster of return to sender. Ive been in contact with them multiple times Requesting my refund as I immediately sent the package back and I did not open it. ****** from customer service is trying to tell me need to provide a tracking number refusing to refund my money. No tracking number was provided as I refuse the package and returned it to sender unopened. I want my money back the $90 that Im owed as I did return the package return to sender I told them I was gonnafile a complaint with Shop pay which I did and the BBB which I am doing now I am hoping that you guys can help me recoup money for product. I do not have in my possession, and I returned to sender unopened in all the original packaging

      Receipts for date of order, what I ordered with zero response from this company. I have sent them 3 messages with one response asking for my order number.

      On Nov. 4 - I was at the ************* in ***** NE; I did not buy anything from this company - but somehow my credit card was charged this exorbatant amount for product I never ordered.

      I have received a call from Luminous Company telling me that I need to pay my balance of $126.86. I explained that I did not order the full product just the sample product. averaging around $50 total. That tomorrow I will be receiving 8 bottles of this product by *** and I will be charged $800 at that time. I explained that I did not want that product. The original order was done in Jun of ************************************************** Aug when I had received 2 shipments of products I did not order and that was $1??. He said the account was closed this was from the same company. This lady is sayin that is not for this product that she is calling about. Supposedly according to her, ***************, this all came off the same order but this product was not cancelled. Also she said that they had sent my information the BBB and I would be blacklisted from ordering thing on line around the world. I asked for the case number from BBB but she could not give me any information on that.I have froze my account with my bank so no charges can be made. Nt sure what else to do.

      In early March of 2023, I saw an infra commercial regarding "flawless makeup" using an airbrush device to apply makeup applications. The brand offered 100% money back guaranteed if unsatisfied with the product and services. It also stated a monthly charge of $19.95 for the products. I ordered the makeup product. Days later, I was hospitalized. I called the company and requested a refund. I was told that my trial would be extended and refunded. I was billed in March $32, April- $52.25, then June I was charged $52.25 twice, 4x $52.25 in July, and $52.25 once in August. I called the company and requested a refund, they were only willing to refund a small portion of. all these fees. I am requesting $156.75, which is the remainder of the charges.

      I made a purchase with the luminous lady on April 1 of 2023. I received my order and then all of a sudden I started getting notices from my Apple Card that someone was trying to use my card. At luminous lady. Finally after about three times of my card being denied with them because somehow I got other fraud attempts on my card after ordering with them, I had to cancel the card so they started getting a decline every time they tried to run the card. I called and advised them to stop trying to charge my card that they had already charged it once and then I received the product. Come to find out they had enrolled me on their subscription plan for *************************************************************************************** something that you dont asked for and that you didnt approve and then try and charge you for it. So they told me they were going to take care of the situation and stop charging my card. Im still getting notifications that the card was declined because I keep trying to Charge my card. The original charge was on 4/1, then they tried again on 4/22, and again on 4/25, and they just tried again on 4/30.
