    Ordered Cam ******* for 2010 Mustang 7/27 and tried to cancel order the morning of 7/28 .Got a message back that they could not stop it and I would have to wait and refuse shippment. I did refuse to my FEDEX man and I was then sent an email that said they had returned back ****** of the ****** cost , but even that has not shown up in my bank account as of 8/6. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE LISTED . I have turned it over to card company.They are a TRUE RIP-OFF.

    Ordered a timing chain kit from this company, never received a email, order confirmation or order number. So days later I emailed the company because they do not answer the phone it goes straight to a recording that everyone is busy. When they replied back they stated the payment was not successful, when we have proof on bank statements directly from our bank that they took the money and it cleared. We sent them proof from the bank showing payment cleared. After doing so they quit responding to our emails, and again their contact number goes straight to a recording. They scammed us out of $152.04 and after checking online and looking on bbb there are other complaints against for similar reasons. This company is scamming people out of their money and not giving you anyway of handling it through a civil court because you dont have any type of address valid for them. I can supply bank statements and proof from my bank showing they pulled and received full payment.

    Bought a part for car on Feb 28th 2023 Received March 6th Open box part was damaged Called Dynamic Performance tuning It was a message of all agents are busy call later so I emailed they said they would send me a return label that was 7 days ago I've called every day and the same recorded message plays so there is no way of getting a hold of anyone , just seems shady and a scam , so miss the day of being a valued customer.All I want to do is return the part and get my refund. The part cost $108.45 for an radiator upper Shutter grille.
