I sold a home in September and have been trying to cancel the homeowners insurance and receive my refund, the business does not respond to emails, does not answer the phone, does not return voice mails. I have never heard from anyone or received a response to my inquiry'sBusiness response

Homeowners policy NJ WXXXXXX. After no call backs from them I was able to reach Westwood ins and told them to cancel my homeowners as of 5/17/21. I asked what law states now that I have to give them documents from the company I went with. No one could answer that. I sent them these documents even though I did not agree that they should have my personal information. All I wanted was. A cancellation of the policy that was paid in full. Someone was to get back to me and never did. I was waiting for my refund and today I received a note in the mail that. The policy was reinstatement. They owe me monies and this company is awful.
