    This is absolutely the worst **** store in the world! All they do is lie to their customers and commit fraud on the daily. As a previous employee I can tell you first hand They do not CPO cars until they are sold and sometimes they dont certify them at all. They also rip off the customers by charging for a ceramic coating that they NEVER put on the car. Believe me you are getting scammed from the minute you walk in the door! The ** is an incompetent fool who encourages his staff to lie and defraud the few customers that they actually do get in the door. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! There are dozens of other **** stores that will give you the proper treatment a True **** customer deserves. Buyer beware at this store!!!

    Worst customer service and finance **** in So **** I purchased ************* through them, and then refinanced through a different company. I paid off my loan in full AND THEN cancelled my GAP. So my unused gap refund should have come to me. Basically that money is floating around somewhere and **** has been giving me the run around with 300 different answers, and then now they just don't want to help at all. I get they are just as tired of this situation as I am but for struggling Americans that can't afford to waste money like this I'm so frustrated with their lack of care for a previous customer. They work so hard to get you to be a customer and then when you go through with it they have no more interest in you and just want to wash their hand of you which exactly what ***** ****** ****** ******** and ***** did to me. ***** and ***** have hung up on me MULTIPLE times. Such great customer service right? I do not recommend buying any vehicles from this place. ***** the internet director who hung up on us very unprofessional. **** and ***** are sales who also hung up on us as well. Please don't waste your time going here go to a different **** dealer.

    **** of West Covina sold us a truck on 4/1/24 and as of 11/12/24, they have not gotten us the title for the truck because they sold it without having the title in their possession. They gave us the run around for 6 months-finally admitted mid-October that they never had the title and still don't. When we talked to the ** mid-October, he said they hope to get a title in the next month. When I asked him to either buy back the truck or reimburse us for our expenses, he thought that was very steep, and told me that my threats would get me nowhere (well, being nice sure hasn't gotten me far). That was 5 weeks ago. He has never contacted me again, even with his promise to call me back and he has not returned my phone calls. We have had a truck for seven months that we cannot drive.

    I leased a 2024 electric car from this dealership based off of the promise that I would get 2 years of free charging and an adapter for an at-home wall charger. After 4 charges, I got a notification that I have used up all my credits for free charging and would have to pay. When I brought this up to the sales manager, he acknowledged that the salesperson who sold me the car shared false information and went on to say there was nothing that he or the dealership could do to fix the situation. Beyond this, the adapter piece needed to charge the car is back ordered for MONTHS and when asked for a timeframe as to when might be able to expect one, the sales manager said he doesnt know and wont share a timeframe because he would be held responsible for it. When expressing my frustrations, the sales manager took it upon himself to retaliate by storming out on me. Im appalled by the customer service. Its horrendous and the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership.

    BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a 2021 YukonXL from this dealership. I was assured by the sales manager the car was an excellent car with zero problems and the sales specialist promised me a second key which I never got. The dealership lies, the staff covers up for one another and no one takes responsibility for anything they say or do. 2 days of having the car the check engine light turned on and keeps coming on and the car dies on me while I am driving!! This car has spent more time at the mechanics then with me. *****; general manager, ***; general manager, *****; manager, ******, sales manager, *******; sales manager, *****; sales representative & *****; service are the people I have been lied to by in these last 4 months. (****** and Gev are no longer with this dealership.)DO YOUR RESEARCH & DONT MAKE THIS EXPENSIVE MISTAKE LIKE I DID - THE ****************** HAS A REPUTATION OF SELLING BAD CARS!! Save yourself time and money and run somewhere else!
