My supercuts location closed. So I went online and cancelled my unlimited membership in November 2024. It is June 2025 and I continue to be charged. I cannot get a response from anyone through email. I emailed their parent company ***** and they sent my email to the same address I have been trying to message. No phone number for the corporate office.Initial Complaint

I signed up for Supercuts Unlimited. I went to 3 locations and could not find one hair stylist that could cut hair properly. I cancelled in writing over 3 times and continue to be billed with no response. I have called salon, customer service, emailed.Initial Complaint

The hairstylist at Supercuts convinced me to sign up for an unlimited haircut plan through Supercuts by Moxie. I was disappointed with the haircuts at Supercuts. I stopped going there. There was no need for the unlimited plan anymore so I tried to cancel my subscription with no success. Supercuts by Moxie continues to charge my credit card after I submitted the online cancellation form I found on the Supercuts by Moxie website. I have submitted it several times now over the last few months with no response by Supercuts by Moxie even though they say they will respond within 72 hours.Initial Complaint

SuperCuts Unlimited canceled my unlimited account and did not allow me access to my online account or to use the unlimited program for some time. Now they keep trying to make unauthorized charges for the last few months on my credit card. I have repeatedly asked them to stop charging my credit card. Upon entering Supercuts on *************** and 441, I noted the sign above the cash register which stated $25.99 for a wash style and blow. I inquired if that was the cost. I was informed by the middle-aged stylist, that it would be $31 for me due to the length of my hair. All was agreed. After washing and cutting my hair, The stylist told me it would cost me another $31 to blow dry it. Reiterating, that the price was negotiated at the beginning and taking a picture of the sign, the stylus said the signs are old and don't have the right prices. The $31 for the haircut was paid, and I went home and blew my hair myself. Having this sign and being told the price in advance is a bold-faced lie.Initial Complaint

Supercuts By Moxie has a monthly program for unlimited haircuts which I have been using for several years. I have requested a cancellation several times without any action or response. They claim they will respond within 72 hours. It has been well over a week now. I have sent them emails and there has been no response. I tried calling their phone number. I signed up for their unlimited program only to have been triple charged for their service for the past 2 1/2 years. When i brought it up to them they never responded to me directly...they canceled the other 2 membership and left my original. I have had a $19.99 monthly subscription with SuperCuts by Moxie for unlimited haircuts at my local shop at *******************************************. The store recently closed with no prior notification. The recurring monthly charge is setup on my ***** I cancelled my subscription on 11/2/24 via email and requested confirmation. A week after receiving no correspondence, I was able to locate a webpage at **************************************************************** where I again submitted my cancellation request. I received a charge on my **** on 11/15/24.The website indicates they will respond within 72 business hours. I never received a response following two emails and a formal cancelation request placed on the above website. Supercuts has a monthly program for haircuts. I enjoyed the service for a few years before moving out of the area and asked to have the account stopped. They replied that the account would be suspended.They then started to charge my account and credit card again several months after their message that the account would be suspended. I gave no authorization for the account to stop being suspended.I found this out only 6 months later in noticing the charge. I tracked down an email from them that they were raising their fee by $1, which I can only assume was their way of resuming a charge that I had opted out of.I've sent them emails and there has been no response. I tried calling their phone numbers. It only has a loop recording telling you to use their website. The website is a black hole with error messages saying the message hasn't gone through.
