    I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my experience with EcoFlow and their product, the Delta Pro Ultra, along with related customer service issues.While I was initially impressed with the EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultras capabilities, my overall experience has been disappointing and frustrating. Due to complications with the smart home panel installation, I never got to use the unit. Attempts to share an honest review of this experience on EcoFlows website were removed twice, which I believe reflects a lack of transparency and unwillingness to accept genuine customer feedback.Additionally, I have experienced multiple service issues with EcoFlow, including delayed responses, unclear communication, and difficulty obtaining timely refunds. Although the customer service during the return process was handled professionally, the service prior to that point was poor and unsatisfactory.Based on these issues, I have lost confidence in EcoFlows commitment to customer satisfaction and transparency. I would be hesitant to purchase their products again under these circumstances.I am reaching out to the Better Business Bureau for assistance in resolving these concerns and to encourage EcoFlow to improve their customer service practices and transparency.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

    - On July 7th I received a notice that my order was received and July 8th and 11th I received email notification from Ecoflow that my order was out for delivery. There was a link in the email which I ignored, thinking it was a scam since I did not order any products from this company (nor had ever heard of it)- Four boxes consisting of two 800W Alternator Chargers and two "DELTA 2 MAX"s were delivered by ****** Checked my credit card. Sure enough there were over $2,000 in charges. Disputed with my credit card. Was unsuccessful since I received the goods.- On July 28th repeat of the above except this time 1. I called the company and said I did not order 2. I have not found these charges and 3. they delivered to my house but I did not receive them - Have been "working with" Ecoflow to return the products and receive a refund. Received shipping labels. However two of the boxes are hazardous and need special forms to go with them. Ecoflow suggested covering up the portions of the boxes that indicate hazardous contents or going to another ***** facility.

    I purchase the ecoflow wave 2 in 2023 for cool air in the case of emergency when there are blackouts. Recently my HVA went bad so i decided to use the wave 2. While i find a different option finanially for the ***air. After 2 months it started making this loud drilling buzzing noise in June of 2025 I called they said I needed to tilt over due to excess water.. I attempted and it started to work however in July the occurence happened more often and did not work immediately. The weight alone of tilting the unit was hard over and over i think it weighs about 50 lbs. In the last two weeks it continued to give trouble and now although it is emptied the auto drain will not drain at all where as before it did. When i looked at the reviews i saw so many complaints about the same issue. Not sure why there has not been a class action suit yet... anyways each time i speak with an agent they attempt troubleshooting although i have called about the same numerous times sending video and product info. The last *** said since this is a known issue i can send a request for refund or a new wave 3 model. I accepted. Then i got an email asking me all the same questions about the unit and more videos. I am tired and suffering with no cool air in ******* i am disabled and live with my disable son and disabled 88 year old mom with lung and heart issues. I am upset that so many people have the same issues the ecoflow ignores the obvious that they should take accountability and ***air ***lace or refund. Please help.

    I have a solar pannel that is under warranty and I use it for work. I can not speak to an escalation person in resolving this issue that is not over email. They have told me the best they could do it send out a new one as soon as they get a notification of my package being shipped with the correct weight. I have asked if I can trade it in at a store, wearhouse. Or at the post office to confirm the solar pannel is there. However like I have stated multiple times I can not go without power for work. It is a 400w pannel and I am now averaging 30watts. That is not sufficiently charging my battery for work.

    I purchased the Delta Pro Solar Generator with 400w solar panel. The product does not work as advertised, providing a full solar charge in 3.8 hours. I had the panel out for over 9 hours in direct, full sun, moving throughout the day to ensure no showdows were affecting it. Additionally, this company charges over $700 for a flimsy panel that does not stand upright at a 90 degree angle for optimal charging with the cheap case/stand it comes with. I called customer service and was refused help. The representative kept speaking over me and refused to get a supervisor when I asked for further assistance to address my issues and complaint. This company has made false claims about the quality and effectiviness of their products.

    I purchased the Ecoflow Glacier on 4/26/2023. I submitted a warranty claim (CAS-20240625-506414) the following spring (for the cooler freezing everything) and the replacement unit was delivered on 6/26/2024. The replacement unit had the same issue. I again filed a warranty claim (CAS-20250624-1155087) on 6/25/2025. I was told the warranty is only in effect from the original purchase date for 2 years. Im asking that the warranty be applied to the replacement unit from the date I received it extending for 2 years. I would like a replacement.

    1. ******************* Impact During a nighttime power outage, my mothers breathing machine shut off unexpectedly, and she nearly suffocated before help arrived. To prevent this, I purchased EcoFlow's ***** 1300 portable power station as a *** and backup battery supplyplugging it into the wall before bed and using it to power her breathing machine. I tested the setup numerous times and it worked flawlessly. For eight months, it provided her with peace of mind and safe sleep until it stopped working.2. Misleading Advertising EcoFlows website claims the ***** can power a CPAP for 21 hours, appealing directly to those dependent on medical devices. However, the user manual ********** and customer service specify it is not recommended for medical or precision equipment. This contradictory messaging is not just misleadingits dangerous.3. Product ****************** Denial After about eight months, the unit suddenly stopped working. Despite advertising a 24-month warranty, EcoFlow has refused to issue shipping instructions or repair/replacement for over a week. Instead, theyve blamed me for improper usage of medical equipment and being misusedwhile refusing to honor the warranty.4. Requested Resolution -Fulfill the 24-month warranty: provide a shipping label and repair or replace the unit ***************** to remove misleading CPAP runtime claims or add clear upfront disclaimers -Issue a public statement confirming these changes and clarifying warranty terms to protect future consumers 5. Supporting Evidence -Website Screenshot: powers CPAP 21 hours-Image: bullet17 in user manual advising against medical device use -Warranty communication logs showing their refusal to proceed -Proof of order 6. Why BBB Action is Critical EcoFlow has an F rating with 102 unanswered complaints and only 4 resolved. This demonstrates a pattern of non-response. The issue here goes beyond normal dissatisfactionits a medical safety matter affecting vulnerable individuals.

    Purchased a wave3 and Delta 3 plus from Ecoflows website on 7/5. It arrived 7/10. I went to set it up and test. While doing this the app informed me of a firmware update. The unit was working fine. I followed the steps for the update and it finished successfully. I attempted to use the product and now presented with error 38 front fan fault. I again followed the steps for the error. This error did not clear. I attempted to contact Ecoflow and their support center was closed. I sent an email. I received a response 2 days later stating a replacement had been requested and Id hear back from after sales the following day. I didnt hear back. I called. Was told to wait another 2 days. Its been a week now with a broken product and miss leading promises and no support being offered by Ecoflow.

    My ecoflow alternator charger has failed and would not charged my ecoflow delta max. I called too many times and explained everything over and over. My equipment is 1 year old or less and had manufactured warranty. Their manufactured warranty is fake they will not cover you.

    On May 30thy ecoflow system stopped working I contacted my electrician He contacted ecoflow to fix it He worked with ecoflow running all tests they asked for This system is my emergency electric backup I have oxygen in my home . To this date ecoflow has not fixed the system. They just keep repeating the same procedures and do nothing. I have to keep paying my electrician every time he comes to do them They will not call my electrician them selves.Bottom line I am stuck iny home with lung cancer no backup elec system which was very expensive. And ecoflow is getting nothing done. **** solar panel installer **********
