10/7/23 and 10/8/23 Total paid $1295. $475 for the pressure wash, $820 for the junk haul Business committed to hauling my junk away in addition to pressure washing the oil they spilled and getting all the paint off of my concrete with the pressure washing service. While they did come and pressure wash, they did not complete the job. He stated he did not know there was paint in the front yard and could not do that since he did not know. But he was there when he gave me the quote looking at the yard. He also did not get the paint in the backyard all the way off and admitted in text he only completed that part 90%, but the100% that was promised. He also broke my sprinkler when walking on my grass.Business offered 10% back from the pressure washing job (so $47.50) but then stopped responding when i said that would not resolve the issue and I wanted half of the pressure washing job back ($237.50). I was asking for half of that back and not the cost of damage from the oil to my concrete nor the damage to my sprinkler. So he stopped responding entirely and will not respond to me now. I paid extra for the trash hauling I gave him $820 when it was only $750 and I would also like the additional $70 back. for a total of $307.50 to be returned to me.
