Returns and Exchange Policy


Tech Eyes has assembled a step-by-step program in order to ensure the simplest and most convenient method per Return and Exchange procedure. Please follow the following guidelines in order to resolve your criteria. Tech Eyes return procedure may only be completed with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form that is only active for 15 days from the date of submission. Tech Eyes is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning the merchandise to us or for any shipping charges associated with your new order.
1) Go to www.techeyes/returns and fill out required spaces. You may also email [email protected] or call us in order to request a return. If by email, please make sure to include order number and reason for return.
2) Tech Eyes will work directly with manufacturers and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number per your request.
3) Tech Eyes will contact back via email or phone call providing an RMA number within same or next day. Do note, if a return is sent without an RMA number back to the manufacturer it will be sent back as it is or lost.



Packaging Instructions
1) Place the product within its original colored box/soft case/hard case with all original accessories.
2) Include your receipt (packing slip) along with a short statement indicating your name, address, contact information, and reason per return.
3) Pack the device securely.
4) Indicate/write RMA number around the package.
5) Insure and ship (using a good carrier such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS) to the address Tech Eyes will provide you with.
6) Turn around estimation depends on the manufacturer. On average it's between 1-3 weeks.

--Please make sure to ship directly to the manufacturer and NOT to Tech Eyes in order to avoid any delays or additional expenses. Please don't hesitate to contact us at any point for any directions and assistance. Our Customers Support Departments are waiting to support you per any avenue.

Exchange Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your product within 15 days of receiving, you can return or exchange your purchase. Please follow Return & Exchange Policy for guidelines.
Tech Eyes reserves the right to charge restocking fee on any returns of opened, damaged, and used products. Tech Eyes reserves the rights to refuse any returns received in an opened condition. Tech Eyes reserves the rights to charge additional fees if anything is missing or advised from manufacturer. Some processing fees may apply to cover credit card fees only associated with returns.
Refund Policy
Returns may only be obtained until RMA has been received and evaluated by manufacturer. Please follow Return Policy for further instructions. Refund is subject to condition and value of product.

Restocking Fee
If product is returned after 15 days from the moment of receiving, it is a subject for 10% restocking fee. If product was damaged after receiving, Tech Eyes may charge an additional damage fee.
