    This company operates a subsidiary called **************. *************** is engaging in Robocalls that contact people on the DO NOT CALL LIST asking if you need windows, roofing or other construction services. It then sells the lead to construction companies. On August 25th I received a Robocall from ************. I believe FiveStrata was the caller.

    Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention through the Better Business Bureau. We regret that your experience with our call center caused you frustration, and we want to assure you that we take all consumer complaints seriously and are committed to ensuring positive and respectful interactions.

     

    After carefully reviewing this matter, our records confirm that your information was submitted for contact regarding home improvement services. Our call center reached out accordingly. When you expressed concerns, your number was promptly placed on our internal Do Not Call (DNC) list and, shortly after, was also fully blocked from contacting our call center. These steps were consistent with our compliance obligations and internal protocols, and we believe there was no wrongdoing on our side.

     

    To ensure your information was not submitted or used by someone else without your knowledge or consent, we conducted a thorough internal review, including monitoring IP addresses and other technical indicators to detect any potential fraudulent activity. Based on this review, we found no evidence of suspicious activity at this time.

     

    We maintain a robust compliance culture. Our organization uses an independent third-party consent verification tool, and we never place a call without first having a valid consent verification certificate on record. We also promptly honor *** requests, provide our employees with regular compliance training, and engage outside counsel to periodically audit our practices and recommend improvements. For your reference, we have attached a copy of our DNC policy.

     

    Unfortunately, not all marketers operate by the same ethical standards, and responsible companies can at times be affected by the actions of less scrupulous actors. Our organization, however, has a long-standing reputation for ethical business practices, community contributions, and a values-driven approach that prevents us from engaging in prohibited activities.

     

    Please be assured that your number has been permanently blocked from our systems, your DNC request has been honored, and your concerns have been fully addressed. We are grateful for the opportunity to resolve this matter and to reaffirm our commitment to ethical marketing, consumer respect, and community responsibility.
