Saw the 5 star reviews and decided to book them although there are cheaper option out there. I needed a deep cleaning as i was out of the country for 3 months. They did a good job with the bathroom and stove, and oven. But didn't not clean any of my counter top in the kitchen, there was trash on the counter top (pieces of paper and wrapper) everything was left as it they just cleaned my dishwasher door not the inside same as for my fridge, the hood range was cleaning outside not from the inside.My kitchen ceiling was not cleaned, they ddnt clean behind my fridge In the bedroom my bed headboard was not wiped down full of dust, side table had dust, windows had dust and spider webs, blinds had dust. So much for a deep cleaning For 379 I expected a better service.Wont recommend or use service again.Makes me wonder all these reviews are fake, and all pictures uploaded only by owner. Well this is what you get for a deep cleaning.DO NO USE THEM.Because i posted a review they told me they wont be redoing any cleaning and charging me 252 for cleaning the bathroom and stove.* i did not ask for a full refund, infact i did not ask for a refund at all just for them to make it right, but because of my review they decided not to redo the cleaning and charge 235.THEY ARE FRAUD BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!"Beware their website says they charge for deep cleaning but they charge you for the time they were there. My estimate was 3hr thats what they were there for even though the job was not completed" thats to their defense on why the cleaning was not done/completed

Although we have already answered your review on another platform and in other locations, and from what I'm seeing, I believe the persecution will not stop. We still apologize again for any misunderstanding. Still, we are a serious and very transparent company. Each location we operate has a different team, and we only did one cleaning service in the **************** (**********), so it's very unfair this persecution, trying in every way to harm other workers that have nothing to do with the service provided in **********. Beach. Also, in the review itself, you said that cleaning the bathroom and stove was GOOD. In fact, on other platforms, you said that these parts were "GREAT" and now changed it to "GOOD," so in my humble opinion the team deserved it for at least a 2 review and not a 1 review, but this is just our humble opinion. We are very transparent, and on our website, we have all our policies available for all consumers to check. You filed a claim after the expiry date specified in our policy so we could not go back to redo the lost points as you wanted. If the claim were within the deadline we would spare no effort to return as soon as possible to redo the lost points, so even so, and being outside our policy we issue a refund for the faulty points. You are totally wrong about the values; all quoted values are incorrect. Initial amount charged $347.65 + $20 tip = $367.65 We issue a $167.65 refund The final amount paid $200.What remains for us is to wish you the best and may *** bless you.
