      We made a visit on March 12, 2022 at House of Couture for a bridal appointment and we finally found a dress. I told an associate, which I will not name here , that I liked this dress. My mom gave a ***** dollar hold, but later that day I changed my mind since I realized she didnt do a measure. I sent the associate a email after 30 minutes of leaving her store & told her to put a hold on the purchase that I wasnt very sure.I expressed we had to still do a fitting for the dress before the order has been confirmed. I sent the associate an email in regards of cancellation. I never received a call or email response so I called her first thing Monday. I expressed once more my concern and told her I no longer wanted the dress. She quickly became irate and told me she had already processed the order with the manufacturer. I was very confused because I emailed her within 30 minutes after the visit to tell her to not process the payment with the manufacturer. She then back tracked and said she had not made a payment with the dress manufacturer but said to come in and we could work something out because she wasnt going to refund my moms payment.She began texting me different dress options which were all way above my dress budget. All while she didnt have any of these dresses she was sending to me in the store for me to try on. I went back a few *********** 21, 2022 we decided we didnt want a dress from her. When we asked for a refund she once more mentioned the payment was sent to the Dress manufacturer and she couldnt give a refund. However , she mentioned multiple times from the March 14 -May 20th that she did not actually process the payment through the dress manufacturer. She then backtracked again and said if I wouldve told her sooner I couldve gotten a refund. However, March 12 was the day I told her to put a hold on ************** never was issued a refund or even given the option of one. I have attached receipts, emails , and the contract below.
