    After paying thousands of dollars for an implant, Clear Choice in ************ is responsible to perform annual cleaning of their implants for their patients' hygiene. I read so many reviews that there is a big issue of getting our implants cleaned after they collected the big bucks but I did not take it seriously. Now it is happening to me. After the first included free cleaning last year, had my annual appointment last month in September. They called me stating that we have to reschedule our appointment because they are SHORT STAFFED. We rescheduled my appointment for October 19, 2023, I then got a message on October 5, 2023 stating that we have to reschedule my appointment because they are SHORT STAFFED again on that future date. I am already late in having my implaint cleaned and now I have to go back to my supervisor again to reschedule my sick leave. I am just one of their former patients who request that this business provide enough staffing for their former patients' hygiene maintenance.

    What a terrible experience this facility and their staff deliver to customers who have spent on average 30k +Had an appointment for my mother who lives an hour away for over a year, confirmed the ************* a couple days before, and when I show up, the wait is an hour long. They claim they tried to call, but only once and not even 24 hours before. They had other appointments with customers showing up late, but according to a conversation I heard with the supervisor the only way to save the customer tracker metrics is too hope a customer doesnt show up. If they do, they wait over an hour to fit them in or threaten to push them out 14+ months. You cant go elsewhere because no one wants to assume their work liability and they refuse to provide proprietary tool to over service locations. My last complaint is the most disturbing. While sitting, waiting, I hear from 15 feet away them talking about customers, their dental work, teeth and gum problems they have etc. full blown hippaa violations. Avoid this location at all costs. Save your money, time, and potential theft of data from these careless workers.
